Darleys Terms and Agreements
Basic Terms
There is a minimum order requirement of $50 at list price. List prices are subject to change.
Any requests for rebates must be made within 90 days of shipment and are issued in the form of credit against future purchases.
All Darleys instruments are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Any instrument which proves defective in workmanship or material may be repaired or replaced at our discretion without charge.
All Darleys instruments are carefully inspected before shipment. Any claims must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment.

Rights & Restrictions
New accounts may be established by submitting credit references to our Credit Department. We require one bank reference and three (3) trade references including contacts, complete addresses and telephone, fax, and e-mail information. New distributors are required to submit credit references along with their initial stocking order of $2,500 or more.
Credit card or prepayment is required for all customers who do not have a current account with Darleys. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express.
